Knoppix is designed to run off the disc and in RAM and not touch the Hard Drive. This means that it will not affect the existing operating system.

Knoppix can be installed onto the HDD and USB USB stick. Click "Preferences" then "Install to ...", works with both HDD and pendrives.

The Knoppix 6.2 CD boots straight into an interface for the blind meaning these people do not have to ask a sighted person to boot it for them. Those with normal sight have to enter "knoppix" at the boot prompt. More details can be found at

A usb stick which has been modified by Copyleft to boot into Knoppix bypassing adriane (the audio system for the blind). This has 2.5 Gb of free space to store work. A 4GB stick is used. Use USB Pendrive section of the order form.
